That’s a wrap! The GOTR teachers at Crestview are so thankful we were able to host the fall season of GOTR this year. We had a lower elementary and upper elementary team, and together we put in a huge amount of effort, dedication, and consistency. Last weekend, we celebrated the end of our hard work with a 5K race at the Pasadena Rose Bowl. The girls worked toward this race all season. The weather was perfect and all of our girls, parents, siblings, and extended family came to enjoy this 3.1-mile race. The starting path was filled with chalk decorations, and the finish line had water, snacks, and 5K medals for them all. Our girls were all smiles and fist bumped their family members as they crossed the finish line. Every GOTR member finished within the hour, and a handful of students ran the huge race in less than 30 minutes. We are so proud of all they have accomplished!
