Second grade students are hard at work on their book reports on famous women, in honor of Women’s History Month. They are reading the books in class while taking notes. Later this month, they will use their notes to write biographies and will type them out. Finally, students will draw a picture of the famous woman they selected. When projects have been completed, our second grade students will host a wax museum where they dress up as the person they researched and present their biographies for other grade levels. We look forward to having friends visit our presentation to learn about some amazing women in history.
