In Ms. G.’s P.E. classes, the students are learning and working on building a variety of skills as part of a team-building unit. Students must cooperate and collaborate with each other to solve challenges. This unit will help students develop listening, questioning, thinking, and persuading skills, and as they work together, they have many opportunities to demonstrate respect for their classmates, help others, and share ideas. It is amazing to see the care students have for one another, the trust they build, and how well they compromise with and support each other. After participating in this unit, students will feel a sense of belonging, form bonds with each other, experience the joy of accomplishment, and have a lot of fun.
