Over the summer, the Crestview team has been hard at work enhancing our facilities to better serve our community. With thoughtful planning and dedication, we've made several improvements that will enrich the daily experiences of our students and staff.
We're especially excited about the new windows in the library, which fill the space with natural light, making it an even more inviting place for students to explore new worlds through reading. The enhanced atmosphere will help create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages students to dive into their favorite books.
In addition to the new specialist teacher office space, our Design Thinking outdoor learning lab now boasts brand-new storage, making it easier to keep our materials organized and ready for the innovative projects that our students will create throughout the year. Whether they’re building prototypes or brainstorming big ideas, our students will have everything they need at their fingertips.
Crestview Park has also gotten a bit of a makeover! We've laid fresh sod on the lawn and added new sand to the sandbox, ensuring that our outdoor spaces remain a perfect spot for students to run, play, and enjoy recess. And speaking of recess, we’ve installed a new basketball hoop for our upper elementary students to enjoy. We can’t wait to see our students shooting hoops and developing their skills during recess!
These upgrades reflect our ongoing commitment to providing a top-notch environment where our students can thrive. We’re so excited for all the learning, growth, and fun that lies ahead this year at Crestview!
