Gingerbread baking isn’t just about the yummy cookies. It’s about moments shared, memories created, and love infused into every baking step. As the aroma of freshly baked gingerbread lingers over our classroom, it reminds us of the warmth and togetherness that defines this magical season. In addition to baking, the kindergarteners were engaged in an engineering challenge to design and build a boat to help the gingerbread person safely cross the river. Also, we used our writing skills to create a new ending for the classic Gingerbread Man story. We had so much fun making these memories with our kinder family.
